Renovations to our permanent location at 433 Valley Street in Willimantic were completed in October 2025. In this comfortable, welcoming, ADA-compliant space, we are helping people gain the independence and confidence to move out of shelter and into permanent housing.

Our building at 459 Valley Street will be renovated in 2026 and will house our administrative offices, a resource center, and day services.

SEMI-PRIVATE SHELTER ROOMS
Each guest will share a bedroom and private bath. In each room are beds, storage facilities for clothing and personal belongings, a shower and restroom.

TECHNOLOGY RESOURCE CENTER
Guests can gain access to essential online research tools, job applications, housing searches, and more. Knowledgeable staff and volunteers will assist with digital literacy and navigation.

HEALTH SERVICES
Clinical staff from partner agencies will use dedicated on-site space to deliver essential healthcare services to our guests.

HYGIENE SERVICES
Maintaining personal cleanliness is essential for overall well-being. For those who choose to stay outdoors, we offer access to showers, laundry facilities, air conditioning, hygiene supplies, and support services during designated hours each day.

MEETING SPACES
Private meeting and office spaces will be available for staff from partner agencies to connect with their clients who are shelter guests.
