HOUSING
Our housing location services connect people to landlords with available units, and act as a liaison between tenants and landlords.
OUTREACH
Our outreach team locates people who are living outdoors, in cars, in abandoned buildings, or in tents. They foster connections to essential services and start personalized planning that leads to safe and permanent housing.
PREVENTION
Diversion prevents people from entering shelter by finding safe alternatives. We help unhoused people reconnect with supportive friends or family or find ways for them to remain in their current housing. Diversion funding can cover costs like security deposits, transportation, pet boarding, or added expenses at a relative’s home.
EMERGENCY SHELTER
Open 365 days a year, our shelter offers a safe space where people can reclaim privacy, dignity, and respect. Our staff learn each guest’s unique story and assess their needs, helping them gain the confidence and independence to move into permanent housing.
