Many people attended our grand opening event on October 29th and got to experience our new facility firsthand. For those who didn’t, here’s a quick tour, through photos and video, of this thoughtfully designed space created to provide stability, dignity, privacy, and peace.
The shelter is now 6200 square feet and includes ten guest suites. Each micro-unit contains a bathroom with shower and locked storage for personal items.
Our ADA-compliant building includes an elevator and two micro-units that are wheelchair accessible. Guests have access to indoor and outdoor common spaces 24 hours a day, every day, year-round.
This client-centered facility was designed to meet the emotional and physical needs of adults experiencing homelessness so they can feel safe enough to focus on health, employment, and personal growth.
