Calling Local Businesses!
We’re getting ready for our inaugural All Hallows Eve 5K, and we’re looking for community-minded businesses to join us as sponsors!
This fun, family-friendly event will bring participants together from across Eastern Connecticut while raising critical funds to support Project HOPE’s year-round mission of providing compassionate housing, homelessness prevention, outreach, and emergency services.
Sponsorship comes with great visibility for your business, including recognition on event materials, social media, our website, and more. Most importantly, 100% of sponsorship dollars go directly to Project HOPE and the people we serve.
Six Sponsorship levels
1. Title Sponsor ~ $6,000 Donation
- Title Sponsor will be featured on the race banner, and the event will be marketed as All Hallows Eve Road Race, sponsored by YOUR COMPANY, on the registration website and Project HOPE’s website.
- Logo displayed on runners’ bibs
- Free registration for 6 runners
- 6 T-shirts
- Prominent logo placement on event T-shirt
- Prominent logo placement on event poster
- Logo lawn sign at Start/Finish line
- Your banner displayed at Registration Table
- Logo will appear on mile marker sign
- 5 Dedicated Social Media Posts promoting your business with links to your website
- Logo placement and link to your site on event website
2. Foundation Sponsor ~ $2,000 Donation
Everything at “Pillar Sponsor” level, PLUS:
- Foundation Sponsor level logo on 6ft banner displayed at registration
- Logo lawn sign, banner, or other materials displayed at in person locations
- 4 dedicated social media posts promoting your business with links to your website
- Free registration for 4 runners
- 4 T-shirts
3. Pillar Sponsor ~ $1,000 Donation
Everything at “Key Sponsor” level, PLUS:
- Pillar Sponsor Level Logo on 6ft Sponsor Banner displayed at registration
- Logo lawn sign, banner, or other materials displayed at in-person location.
- 3 dedicated social media posts with Business Link
- Free registration for 3 runners
- 3 T-shirts
4. Key Sponsor ~ $500 Donation
Everything at “Capstone Sponsor” level, PLUS:
- 1 Social Media Post with link to business
- Free registration for 2 runners
- 2 T-shirts
5. Capstone Sponsor ~ $300 Donation
Everything at “Neighbor Sponsor” level, PLUS:
- Name listed on event T-shirt
- Acknowledgment in promotional material
6. Neighbor Sponsor ~ $100 Donation
- Name listed on Event Website
